Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, test prep content, or ed tech content management
- Demonstrated success using AI-powered tools or automation to support content development
- Experience implementing learning science and instructional design principles in content creation for learners
- Experience working in ed tech or digital learning environments
- Fluent English language skills
- Comfortable working PST business hours
- Must have own computer and reliable access to high-speed internet
- Experience working with globally distributed teams (preferred)
- Experience with independent and collaborative decision-making processes (preferred)
- Familiarity with adult learning theory and experience conducting academic literature reviews (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Support the development of curriculum, test prep, and instructional materials
- Onboard, coordinate, and support a distributed team of SMEs and content developers
- Apply learning science principles and learning design best practices to ensure development of learner-centered content
- Build and maintain scalable, high-quality content development workflows using AI and other tools
- Provide clear, ongoing feedback, troubleshooting, and guidance to freelancers and contributors
- Continuously improve content development processes through experimentation and innovation and AI usage
- Monitor and proactively communicate progress, risks, and resource needs to team leadership
- Conduct research to formulate and propose evidence-based solutions
- Develop, document, and maintain best practices for content creation and review
