Requirements
- Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of Ohio.
- National board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing psychiatric evaluations and prescribing psychotropic medications.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and digital tools for telehealth.
- Access to a private, HIPAA-compliant space for conducting telehealth appointments.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong clinical judgment in managing psychiatric conditions across diverse populations.
- Experience collaborating with therapists and other providers as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for patients.
- Manage psychotropic medications effectively and safely.
- Provide ongoing clinical care to the Medicaid population.
- Collaborate with therapists and other multidisciplinary team members.
- Maintain patient treatment plans within a telehealth environment.
