Requirements
- Active Board Certified Pennsylvania PMHNP license in good standing.
- Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population.
- 6+ months experience working in telehealth.
- Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal period.
- Grounded in evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans and clinical care.
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and Google Suite.
- Adaptable and motivated to grow within an early-stage startup environment.
- RN Compact licensure preferred.
- Priority given to candidates who hold at least 3 additional state licenses in our open or coming soon markets.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model.
- Practice within a care model that prioritizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist.
- Conduct 60 minute intake and 20-30 minute follow ups using clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length.
- Adapt and grow with an early-stage startup environment, contributing to evolving workflows and best practices.
- Manage patient scheduling for an average of 5-10 hours per week.
