Requirements
- Experience as a full-stack engineer, designer (UX/UI), or PM in Agile web or data-powered product development.
- Prior involvement in consulting or discovery-driven custom product development.
- Demonstrated professional and empathetic communication skills.
- Ability to engage stakeholders, including clients and team members, with curiosity.
- Active participation in feedback loops with team members.
- Willingness to act with accountability and initiative.
- Effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to learning from peers at all levels.
- Openness to occasional travel for client meetings.
- Residency in or willingness to work from Chicago, IL, or Denver, CO.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with integrated teams to deliver meaningful digital products.
- Conduct product discovery to uncover user insights and solve real user needs.
- Influence engagement strategies and define product direction.
- Engage with clients and team members through empathetic, professional communication.
- Solicit and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Work within cross-functional teams comprising developers, designers, and delivery managers.
- Participate in occasional travel for client meetings.
