Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years as a Registered Dietitian.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- High proficiency in time management, organization, and prioritization.
- RD Licensure in Florida (preferred).
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or consumer health products (preferred).
- Familiarity with patient-centric digital healthcare models (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated panel of clients aiming to prevent, manage, or reverse chronic metabolic conditions.
- Deliver virtual counseling through video, phone, and secure messaging.
- Apply motivational interviewing to spark behavior change.
- Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer during clinical reviews.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to gather lab and medication data.
- Create educational materials, blog posts, and multimedia resources.
- Lead group coaching and present webinars.
- Maintain timely documentation of counseling sessions.
