Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Commit clean, tested, maintainable code
- Productively integrate AI into development workflows
- Experience with full-stack web application development (TypeScript, React, Express)
- Familiarity with data modeling and working with databases (MongoDB)
- Effective collaborator and communicator across teams
Responsibilities
- Design, write, review, test, and deploy code across our stack with quality and velocity
- Develop and extend automated unit, integration, and end-to-end test suites
- Collaborate on data modeling, application architecture, and technology decisions
- Thoughtfully plan and estimate development, communicating tradeoffs and risks early
- Participate in shared support duties and maintain system reliability
- Contribute to pod feature definition, design, and technical direction
- Improve documentation and knowledge sharing across the Engineering team
- Partner with Product and Design to understand building requirements
