Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python/Django, React/Next.js, and Postgres.
- Experience building secure, HIPAA-compliant systems.
- Expertise with RESTful APIs and relational databases.
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
- Proven ability to own and ship complex features from design to deployment.
- Experience working with AI/agent workflows.
- Comfort working in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
- Build a comprehensive UI for advocates with unified inbox and patient health history.
- Develop voice-to-action engines for transcription, task automation, and safety loops.
- Implement billing rails and audit trails to automate CPT/G-code generation.
- Create disease-specific patient journeys for chronic condition management.
- Design and maintain HIPAA-grade security, RBAC, and PHI-safe communications.
- Set engineering standards, architecture patterns, and development velocity.
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to improve patient outcomes.
