Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field.
- Teacher certification and approved teacher preparation program.
- Ability to obtain certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other states as assigned.
- 3+ years teaching experience (preferred).
- 2+ years online teaching experience (preferred).
- Ability to pass required background checks.
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and LMS.
- Maintain a private, professional, distraction-free remote workspace with high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Build daily connections that keep students motivated.
- Guide learners through curriculum with clarity and passion.
- Monitor engagement and progress; launch timely, personalized interventions.
- Deliver timely grading and meaningful feedback.
- Maintain precise, actionable records of progress and interventions.
- Collaborate with peers and leaders to amplify student success.
- Lead live sessions using provided content.
- Support proctoring during testing windows, including occasional travel.
