- Experience leading product strategy and execution within fast-growing startups or tech organizations.
- Strong business acumen connecting product decisions to revenue and growth.
- Ability to define and communicate compelling product visions.
- Expertise in data-driven product management, including OKRs, KPIs, and experimentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for ambiguous challenges.
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Data teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional operational discipline and prioritization capabilities.
- Collaborative leadership style with high emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the long-term product vision and strategy for the Life and Critical Illness portfolio.
- Build and manage a product roadmap that balances innovation, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Drive the full product lifecycle, including discovery, problem definition, solution design, and launch.
- Collaborate closely with Product Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, Growth, and Customer Success teams.
- Translate customer insights and business objectives into clear product requirements.
- Lead experimentation and optimization initiatives, including A/B testing and funnel analysis.
- Establish and monitor OKRs, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Partner with engineering leadership to ensure technical resilience and efficient delivery.
- Coordinate go-to-market execution and operational readiness.
- Provide leadership through ambiguity and manage stakeholders.
