Requirements

  • Diploma or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field (LCCI, ACCA).
  • 1-3 years of accounting and payroll experience.
  • Familiar with Singapore Payroll, CPF regulations, and MOM requirements.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounting systems (SAGE AccPac is an advantage).
  • Ability to handle confidential data.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and trustworthy.
  • Good team player with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Assign account codes and record transactions using double-entry accounting.
  • Perform month-end closing activities and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Process full-cycle payroll and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Prepare taxation records (IR8A, IR21) and manage NS claim deductions.
  • Manage timesheet data and validate payroll information for salary disbursement.
  • Streamline payroll processing flows through automation and process improvements.
  • Generate payroll dashboards and analytics using Power BI.
  • Provide reconciliation and verification of monthly payroll documentation.
