Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing communications or digital marketing with proven campaign execution success.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to tone, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Experience using digital marketing tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, and industry publications to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality content including newsletters, blog posts, website copy, press materials, and social media messaging.
- Develop and maintain social media strategy, including content calendars, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Manage email marketing campaigns using tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact, including segmentation and performance optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, web development, and external vendors to ensure timely and aligned campaign execution.
- Monitor brand consistency across all communication channels and support reputation management initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and social media metrics to generate insights and optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Develop marketing collateral such as presentations, case studies, sales materials, and press releases aligned with brand standards.
