Requirements
- 5+ years building production web applications in any modern language (PHP, TypeScript/Node.js, Python or similar).
- Solid REST API design instincts: resources, idempotency, versioning, error contracts.
- Relational database fluency: schema design, query analysis, migrations.
- Disciplined testing (unit and integration).
- Git fluency: branching, pull requests, rebases, conflict resolution.
- Experience using AI coding assistants and agent-based workflows.
- Strong written English for code comments, PR descriptions, and OpenAPI text.
- PHP 8.x with Symfony and Doctrine ORM (nice to have).
- Node.js / TypeScript with a mature backend framework (nice to have).
- Knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS architecture (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance a secure, multi-tenant SaaS platform.
- Manage sensitive HR and identity-related data with focus on access control and auditability.
- Deliver end-to-end features for backend and web applications.
- Develop REST APIs and implement complex business logic.
- Perform database design, query analysis, and migrations.
- Develop frontend functionality and automated tests.
- Maintain API documentation.
