Requirements
- Expert-level, production-grade Go
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and system design
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Ability to own backend infrastructure
- Strong internal motivation and self-organization
- English language proficiency at B2 or higher
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices (GitLab CI/CD, Terraform)
- Cloud experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Understanding of industrial/OT protocols (MQTT) or cybersecurity
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and own backend systems end to end
- Develop cybersecurity portals for energy infrastructure
- Bridge machine telemetry (MQTT, OT protocols) into quality-control systems
- Maintain Go-based services for integration, data, and API service lines
- Collaborate with frontend, data, and product teams
- Ensure backend reliability and security in strategic engagements
- Use AI-assisted tools like Claude Code and Cursor for development
