Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and web development.
- Experience with application packetization and deployment.
- Ability to interpret code requirements, draft pseudocode, and produce technical/visual documentation.
- Knowledge of user experience principles and Microsoft development platform capabilities.
- Proficiency in producing high-quality written deliverables and technical documentation.
- Ability to access Judiciary systems via VPN using own hardware.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a shareable application for use by other judicial jurisdictions.
- Design solutions for portability and ease of deployment using open-source components.
- Provide technical documentation including setup, system architecture, and workflow diagrams.
- Create Operations Plan (Ops Plan) documentation including security and backup procedures.
- Develop comprehensive user guides for system/application administrators and end users.
- Prepare writing samples demonstrating high-quality documentation capabilities.
- Provide a package of files via GitHub repository for data, application, and configuration.
- Validate application completeness and portability through partner entity testing.
