Requirements

- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or cannabis-related industries preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using CRM and support tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn product offerings and platform functionality
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated team player with a customer-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns related to financial products and platform functionality
- Guide customers on product features and workflows
- Document customer interactions within CRM and support platforms
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Product, and Operations teams
- Assist with onboarding, account setup, and payment-related inquiries
- Identify recurring customer concerns to provide feedback for process improvement
- Meet or exceed support KPIs
