Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns related to financial products and platform functionality
  • Guide customers on product features and workflows
  • Document customer interactions within CRM and support platforms
  • Collaborate with internal Sales, Product, and Operations teams
  • Assist with onboarding, account setup, and payment-related inquiries
  • Identify recurring customer concerns to provide feedback for process improvement
  • Meet or exceed support KPIs
