Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related.
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
- 2+ years experience leading technical teams.
- Deep proficiency in Python backend development.
- Understanding of frontend complexity and SPA architecture.
- Experience designing or managing data intensive applications.
- Familiarity with DevOps/Cloud concepts (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
- Advanced English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-boundary architectural decisions.
- Enforce high standards across the stack including API designs and component architecture.
- Provide senior-level technical guidance to DevOps, backend, and data engineers.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor senior developers.
- Translate high-level product requirements into technical tasks.
- Ensure backend models are consumable by frontend visualizations.
