Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
- Strong expertise in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Experience working with large-scale data environments and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration methodologies.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and modern data architecture.
- Experience with tools/platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for enterprise data platforms, processes, and reporting solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
- Design and optimize data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and reporting frameworks.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and compliance standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to improve data accessibility and usability.
- Support data migration, integration, cleansing, and transformation initiatives.
- Create documentation, process flows, and best practices for data operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve data strategy and operational efficiency.
- Mentor team members and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
