Requirements
- 7+ years in software engineering, AQE, or SDET with a focus on quality leadership.
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Java and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- 3+ years leading AQE or engineering teams.
- Expertise in automation architecture design.
- Experience driving quality initiatives and change management.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing tools in production.
- Familiarity with agentic/LLM concepts, non-determinism, and agent orchestration.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD integration and shift-left testing practices.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Define quality architecture, frameworks, and roadmap for agentic solutions.
- Manage, mentor, and lead a team of 6-10 Automation Quality Engineers.
- Maintain and refactor existing test automation frameworks (Java/JS/Selenium/Playwright).
- Partner with engineering leaders to design agent workflows and LLM-assisted testing approaches.
- Develop observability tools, coverage dashboards, and CI quality gates.
- Validate AI-powered product features and handle non-deterministic regression testing.
- Build internal tools to improve speed and quality consciousness across the engineering organization.
