Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering.
- Experience with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience architecting and maintaining production-grade container clusters and microservices at scale.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, Helm, and service meshes (Istio or Linkerd).
- Terraform proficiency, including module design and state management.
- Experience with secrets management (HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).
- Experience developing and deploying applications in public cloud with CI/CD.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English (speak and write).
Responsibilities
- Lead major infrastructure initiatives for the engineering organization.
- Evolve the company's Kubernetes-based platform.
- Own the lifecycle of critical infrastructure platforms.
- Ensure technical execution and reliable delivery of systems.
- Automate manual toil and build internal platform tools.
- Maintain production-grade container clusters and microservices.
- Participate in on-call shifts.
