Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in developing, deploying, monitoring, and supporting applications.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing software development teams.
- Experience leading development of AI-enabled software products.
- Experience with AI-assisted SDLC tools (e.g., Cursor).
- Strong understanding of responsible AI practices (quality, security, privacy).
- Extensive experience with .NET, Angular, Web Services/APIs, and SQL Server.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with AWS cloud services.
- Expertise in modern architecture and operational practices (API, service-based, incident response).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Own engineering delivery, maintenance, and production operations for SaaS platforms.
- Drive predictable delivery through planning, prioritization, and execution discipline.
- Coach and mentor engineering managers, tech leads, and individual contributors.
- Lead modernization initiatives including cloud and architectural improvements.
- Drive development and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities within SaaS products.
- Lead adoption of AI-assisted SDLC tools to improve engineering velocity and quality.
- Collaborate with VP of Software Engineering and CTO to execute technical strategy.
- Oversee technical staffing, recruiting, and project team formation.
