Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in ERP implementations.
- Hands-on D365 configuration experience (financial dimensions, trade agreements, etc).
- Familiarity with D365 integration tools (Data Entities, DIXF, Power Automate).
- Experience with Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS).
- Strong business analysis and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of Order to Cash or Procure to Pay processes.
- Understanding of accounting principles (P&L, journal entries).
- MB-310 or MB-330 certification or ability to certify within 6 months.
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Define and agree on customer business requirements.
- Configure D365 modules (Finance, Trade & Logistics, Inventory Management).
- Run customer workshops and design sessions.
- Produce functional design and configuration documentation.
- Act as a conduit between customers and Enable technical teams.
- Perform software testing and write test scripts.
- Provide solution triage and production support.
- Train project teams and end users.
