Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a frontend, backend, or full stack software developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with modern blockchain and Web3 technologies.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, scalable application development, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with version control systems, release management, and automated testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and collaboration with DevOps practices.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multicultural and distributed teams.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain frontend and/or backend components for Web3, blockchain, and eCommerce-related applications.
- Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD processes, deployment workflows, and system reliability.
- Refactor and optimize existing codebases to reduce technical debt and improve scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Write, test, and maintain high-quality code with a focus on performance, compatibility, and long-term stability.
- Contribute to technical documentation, architecture discussions, and development best practices.
- Participate in release management activities and ensure smooth deployment cycles.
- Work within agile project environments and collaborate effectively with geographically distributed international teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to high engineering standards across projects.
