Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or systems engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Docker and cloud-native orchestration.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
- Scripting and development skills in Python, Shell, Java, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of AWS and vSphere.
- Experience with Terraform and configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Understanding of DevSecOps and security scanning.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and support Red Hat OpenShift environments across multiple security domains.
- Deploy, configure, and manage Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters.
- Support platform modernization and site deployment.
- Collaborate with security teams on compliance and vulnerability mitigation.
- Manage data services including RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, and Elastic Stack.
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab or Jenkins.
- Automate operational tasks using Python, Shell, Java, or JavaScript.
- Support DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, and configuration management.
- Troubleshoot, tune performance, and resolve incidents for enterprise-grade systems.
- Implement best practices in container orchestration and DevSecOps.
