- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical teams.
- High level of autonomy and structured problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and redesign end-to-end People workflows.
- Design and build AI-powered automations using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Communications, and Operations to gather requirements.
- Improve data quality, process documentation, and system readiness.
- Support AI adoption through workflow documentation and user enablement.
- Monitor, iterate, and optimize deployed automations for long-term performance.
