Job Details

7+ years of software engineering experience with strong systems design expertise
Hands-on experience building production systems using LLMs and/or agentic AI patterns
Strong understanding of orchestration, tool use, evaluation, observability, and memory/state management in AI systems
Proficiency in at least two of: Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Go, with full-stack comfort
Experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and frameworks such as LangChain or similar agent tooling
Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, workflow automation, and LLM evaluation/monitoring tools
Proven ability to take systems from prototype to production in high-ownership environments
Strong understanding of enterprise security fundamentals (RBAC, encryption, audit logging, secrets management)
Excellent communication skills and ability to align technical decisions with business impact

Define the architecture for enterprise agentic AI systems, including orchestration, tool use, memory/state management, evaluation, and observability
Build and ship production-grade systems, writing significant portions of code while establishing CI/CD, testing, and deployment pipelines for AI agents
Transition prototypes into robust, secure, and scalable production systems under a build it, run it ownership model
Design systems for enterprise security, including multi-tenancy, RBAC, audit logging, encryption, and secure tool usage
Partner with data, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and safe AI system design
Enable internal teams and power users by building SDKs, templates, and developer tooling for safe AI development
Drive engineering excellence through standards, code quality, technical hiring, and mentoring across AI initiatives
