Requirements
- 5+ years of application support or development experience.
- Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL (Oracle preferred).
- Linux/Unix skills including shell scripting and performance monitoring.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and take end-to-end ownership.
- Understanding of complex software system architecture.
- Experience with ticket and queue management.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Basic understanding of client requirements and product implementation.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and operational support for CSG products in production.
- Perform operational tasks including bill runs, processing, incident management, and configuration.
- Support various testing phases: BVT, PVT, PT, CT, and SIT.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide feedback.
- Design, analyze, write, modify, and debug product application code.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Level 3 and Level 4 teams on support issues.
