Requirements

  • 5+ years of application support or development experience.
  • Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in SQL (Oracle preferred).
  • Linux/Unix skills including shell scripting and performance monitoring.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take end-to-end ownership.
  • Understanding of complex software system architecture.
  • Experience with ticket and queue management.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Basic understanding of client requirements and product implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 and operational support for CSG products in production.
  • Perform operational tasks including bill runs, processing, incident management, and configuration.
  • Support various testing phases: BVT, PVT, PT, CT, and SIT.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide feedback.
  • Design, analyze, write, modify, and debug product application code.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with Level 3 and Level 4 teams on support issues.
