- Proficiency with AI-assistive development tools
- Experience with Git, MacOS/Linux, and CI/CD
- Strong skills in architecture design, scalability, and security
- Proven ability to mentor and share knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder communication and feedback skills
Responsibilities
- Lead high-stakes consulting engagements from discovery to production
- Lead architecture and software design discussions
- Collaborate on systems involving the full ML lifecycle
- Manage high-level project roadmaps for large engagements
- Mentor colleagues and lead workshops
- Maintain relationships with client technical leaders
- Identify and mitigate project blockers
- Ensure team has a healthy, prioritized, and estimated backlog
