Requirements
- Software engineering or application development experience in modern languages (Go, Rust, C/C++, .Net).
- Ability to script in Python, Perl, or bash.
- Experience with blockchain infrastructure or proof-of-stake consensus.
- Deep familiarity with compute-infrastructure, observability, and debugging.
- Working knowledge of Linux systems and command line tooling.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
- Conceptual knowledge of security best practices (encryption, access control).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure, monitoring, and automation.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools.
- Monitor network performance and implement observability best practices.
- Debug complex distributed blockchains and protocols.
- Establish views to inform leadership and organizational strategy.
- Research emerging trends in the Web3/blockchain space.
- Participate in domain-specific on-call rotations.
