Requirements
- 2+ years related work experience, preferably with an EPM vendor.
- Finance, Accounting, or Business degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong grasp of financial applications: Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting, Month-End Close, Reporting, Consolidations, FP&A.
- Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, macros, and formatting.
- Ability to gather prospect requirements and convert them into an effective POC.
- Strong business acumen regarding budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Ability to provide urgent support with fast turnaround.
- Strong communication skills and self-learner mindset.
Responsibilities
- Create and process both internal Solutions team and external Partners tenant management tickets.
- Manage demo, workshop, and proof-of-concept (POC) tenants cloning, migration, back-up, and related procedures.
- Effectively communicate tenant updates to internal and external customers.
- Architect, create, refine and maintain Solutions team sales demo assets.
- Ensure sales demo content is aligned with GTM packages.
- Liaise with Product, Services, Partners, and Customer Success teams.
- Incorporate new product features into sales demo content and enable Solutions Consultants.
- Create and maintain all sales demo content design and architecture documentation.
- Educate Solutions team on sales demo assets and troubleshoot product performance issues.
- Build POCs including demo script creation and walkthrough.
