Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Physics, or another analytical discipline from a leading university.
- At least 2 years of experience in risk analysis, finance, retail banking, or fintech.
- Solid foundation in mathematical statistics with practical application in credit risk.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Confident Excel user.
- English level B1 or higher.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage origination strategies for POS and credit card products.
- Design and continuously optimize decision-making strategies for application approvals and rejections.
- Manage credit limits and related risk parameters to maintain portfolio quality and profitability.
- Monitor and control key risk metrics (AR, PD, NPL) and evaluate portfolio risk performance.
- Support data-driven decision-making by converting financial results into measurable risk indicators.
