Requirements
- 6+ years of product related experience.
- Current or previous experience at Lead or Group PM level, or as a Founder.
- Proven experience managing product managers directly.
- Demonstrable experience shipping conversion, activation, or referral products.
- Proficiency in experimentation (A/B testing, attribution, statistical significance).
- Hands-on experience with growth instrumentation, event tracking, and funnel analysis.
- Strong understanding of AI products and LLM systems in production.
- Fluency in French and English.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy across Conversion and Growth Infrastructure crews.
- Lead AI-driven growth initiatives, including conversational AI and LLM-integrated sales flows.
- Manage and coach product managers to increase talent density.
- Develop and improve the company's experimentation engine and culture.
- Align cross-functional roadmaps with Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Data.
- Drive the transition of product architecture from monolithic to modular for international scaling.
