Requirements
- Proficiency in modern AI programming tools like Cursor or Windsurf
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience with PHP (Symfony or similar framework)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial experience with React.js including TypeScript
- Practical knowledge of design patterns and clean coding practices (SOLID, KISS, DRY)
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git)
- Ownership, independence, and responsibility for tasks
- Attention to detail and diligence in individual and team work
- Fluency in Polish
Responsibilities
- Participate in creating IT solutions from start to finish
- Develop web applications (new features, bugfixing, refactors)
- Participate in designing architecture of new solutions and development infrastructure
- Participate in code review and ensure quality of created solutions
- Constantly raise development process standards
- Collaborate closely with the team (Devs, PMs/POs, QAs)
- Maintain high programming quality and delivery speed
