Requirements
- 7+ years of professional full stack development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Security, Data).
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and React.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools.
- Deep knowledge of SQL Server, including performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and REST API design.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Git and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of software design patterns and secure coding practices.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Java backend services with Spring Boot.
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using TypeScript and React.
- Leverage agentic AI development tools to accelerate feature implementation.
- Optimize and maintain SQL Server databases for high-volume workloads.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance.
- Establish and enforce coding and architectural standards.
- Integrate solutions with existing financial systems such as Sage Intacct.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers in adopting AI-assisted development workflows.
