Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 7–10 years of progressive software engineering experience, including technical leadership.
  • Expertise in C#, VB.Net, .NET Framework, and enterprise-level web development.
  • Experience designing and integrating RESTful and SOAP APIs within distributed systems.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with modern front-end frameworks (preferably React).
  • At least 5 years of experience developing web applications using .NET, Node.js, or comparable technologies.
  • Understanding of API security, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, JSON/XML, and secure integration patterns.
  • Experience with SQL Server, relational database design, and query optimization.
  • Deep understanding of fintech systems, financial workflows, or consumer lending platforms.
  • Experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical architecture, design, and implementation of integration solutions across enterprise consumer lending platforms.
  • Provide hands-on engineering leadership for distributed systems, APIs, and fintech integration workflows.
  • Own the complete software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Design and maintain secure, scalable, and maintainable integrations using C#, VB.Net, RESTful APIs, and SOAP.
  • Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards for security, scalability, and performance.
  • Create technical documentation, architectural blueprints, and implementation guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for production incidents and root cause analysis.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through coaching and technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate new technologies and fintech integrations.
