Requirements

Active Alabama LMFT license in good standing
Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensure
Full clinical licensure required
Experience with telehealth, outpatient therapy, private practice, community mental health, or a similar clinical setting is helpful
Experience supporting individuals, couples, families, or clients with relational concerns is helpful

Responsibilities

Provide scheduled individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
Provide support for relationship patterns, family stress, communication concerns, and individual wellbeing
Complete intake assessments and identify clear, realistic treatment goals
Document session notes, treatment updates, and client progress accurately
Use appropriate clinical methods based on client needs, presentation, and scope of practice
Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical remote care standards
