- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong time management and ability to work autonomously.
- Experience working in remote or hybrid distributed teams.
- Ability to utilize asynchronous communication tools effectively.

- Lead cross-functional launch processes for new markets and programs.
