Requirements
- Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) with 3+ years experience in oncology.
- Alternatively: Master's degree with clinical license (RN, NP, CNP, PA) and 5+ years experience in oncology.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Medical Science Liaison or comparable industry/clinical role.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Ability to travel approximately 60% of time.
- Valid driver's license and proximity to a major airport.
- Deep knowledge of Oncology and solid tumors/targeted therapies.
- Strong strategic mindset and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders.
- Proficiency in digital platforms and tools.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop peer-to-peer relationships with key opinion leaders, principal investigators, and healthcare providers in Oncology.
- Lead and drive site and patient engagement initiatives to improve operational excellence and performance.
- Work with key stakeholders to meet clinical operations objectives and work plans.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapy areas, competitor landscape, and emerging research.
- Provide clinical presentations and scientific exchange for healthcare providers.
- Develop and execute territory plans in alignment with site engagement strategies.
- Identify and communicate key clinical and research insights to study teams.
- Participate in clinical study education for healthcare professionals.
- Ensure documentation of adverse events according to sponsor policy.
