- 4+ years of experience executing strategic projects within a corporate environment
- 2+ years of experience executing strategic deliverable within Health System Technology Domain (Preferred)
- PMP certification (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Schedule, facilitate, and lead the transition process from the Sales team to the Services team
- Lead the assigned delivery teams to ensure the project meets the scope, schedule, quality and budget expectations
- Plan, schedule, and track project milestones, critical paths, deliverables, and accurate revenue forecasting
- Ensure delivery process aligns with standards established through the care.ai Solutions Deployment Methodology
- Track and report on compliance to project budgets, drive project change orders as necessary, and be accountable for the project P&L
- Facilitate project communications, including lead regular project status meetings
- Ensure project deliverables and documentation are archived appropriately and satisfy audit processes
- Conduct project close-out activities and elicit, compile, and share post-delivery lessons and feedback
