Requirements
- 2+ years of production support experience in Banking or Financial Services.
- Proficiency with UNIX commands, SQL, and Bash/Python scripting.
- Experience supporting FIX protocol and APIs.
- Understanding of Linux/Java based systems.
- Exposure to Cloud Technology and DevOps utilities.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Control-M, ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace).
- Strong incident handling and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting Trading Systems (OMS/EMS) with exposure to Equities, Derivatives, FX, or Crypto.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Sales, Business Users, Institutional and Retail customers.
- Manage API support and network connectivity troubleshooting.
- Identify and resolve production incidents with end-to-end ownership.
- Coordinate with technical and business support teams for incident escalation.
- Manage release activities, audit reviews, and BCP exercises.
- Monitor infrastructure alerts and maintain system stability.
- Maintain knowledge repository and standard operating procedures.
- Identify process improvements and automate manual tasks.
