Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, SRE, or DevOps.
- Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code and Terraform.
- Strong GitOps background.
- Advanced Kubernetes knowledge and production cluster operation experience.
- Solid AWS expertise including networking, IAM, and compute.
- Experience managing multi-tenant infrastructure.
- Strong automation mindset.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted or agentic coding tools.
- Proven experience implementing reliability engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve Infrastructure as Code architectures using Terraform.
- Drive GitOps implementation using tools such as ArgoCD.
- Architect, manage, and optimize multi-tenant Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS EKS.
- Build and maintain self-service infrastructure platforms.
- Develop infrastructure automation standards using AI-assisted tools.
- Define and manage reliability engineering practices like SLOs and incident management.
- Improve observability through monitoring, tracing, and alerting.
- Collaborate on infrastructure hardening and zero-trust architecture.
- Contribute to technical roadmap and platform strategy.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
