Requirements
- 2–4 years in IT operations, systems support, or similar SaaS-forward environment
- Hands-on experience with identity platforms (JumpCloud, Okta, Azure AD)
- Understanding of SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and SCIM provisioning
- Experience with RBAC and access governance
- Support experience for both macOS (90% of environment) and Windows
- Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Strong written communication and self-direction
- Comfort using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for troubleshooting and scripting
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary technical resource handling escalated cross-portfolio issues
- Manage full laptop lifecycle: procurement, provisioning, MDM enrollment, and endpoint management
- Own identity and access management: onboarding, offboarding, and role changes
- Administer and troubleshoot core SaaS platforms: Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Slack, CrowdStrike, and Halo ITSM
- Build automations and scripts to eliminate repetitive tasks
- Maintain documentation and runbooks
- Collaborate directly with engineering on platform and DevOps territory
- Research technology options to provide recommended paths for stakeholders
