Requirements
- 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript for backend systems
- Hands-on experience with React or similar modern frontend frameworks
- Solid knowledge of Python and frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask
- Experience building APIs, integrating third-party services, and working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud environments, with AWS preferred
- Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and distributed system concepts
- Exposure to AI-augmented development tools and agent-based workflows
- Strong communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain end-to-end features across backend services and modern frontend applications supporting finance, compliance, and commission workflows
- Develop and integrate APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems to automate and streamline complex operational processes
- Design and optimize dashboards and internal tools that surface real-time business and operational insights
- Contribute to architecture decisions and data modeling for distributed transaction and workflow systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and drive automation across business processes
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while actively participating in code reviews and technical discussions
- Support continuous improvement of system scalability, reliability, and developer experience in a remote-first environment
