Requirements

  • Solid experience in Product Design for mobile ecosystems, with strong knowledge of native iOS and Android interface and usability guidelines.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience designing complex digital products across the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Design Systems, Style Guides, and scalable design methodologies.
  • Experience creating and maintaining consistent experiences across complex digital products and mobile applications.
  • Knowledge of technical documentation and handoff processes for mobile development teams.
  • Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and usability testing practices.
  • Ability to transform research insights and product data into actionable design improvements and strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to defend design decisions using data and product metrics.
  • Experience working in technology companies focused on digital products; background in fintech or financial products is considered a plus.
  • Proactive mindset, critical thinking, collaboration skills, and strong ownership mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve mobile product experiences focused on usability, consistency, and native interface best practices for iOS and Android.
  • Participate in all stages of the product design process, including discovery, research, ideation, prototyping, interface design, and developer handoff.
  • Transform complex workflows into intuitive and user-friendly mobile experiences through critical thinking and strong UX principles.
  • Conduct and support qualitative and quantitative user research, usability testing, and hypothesis validation initiatives.
  • Use data insights and research findings to support product decisions and recommend improvements to the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to align user experience, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
  • Document user flows, business requirements, and interface specifications to support product scalability and development efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the overall mobile ecosystem and contribute strategically to product evolution discussions.
  • Support the growth of product and design maturity by promoting user-centered thinking and design best practices across teams.
