Requirements
- 3+ years of experience shipping production code.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
- Experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Azure infrastructure (Functions, App Service, Key Vault).
- Familiarity with React Native and Expo.
- Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, or Copilot.
- Strong written communication skills for async work.
Responsibilities
- Pick up problems from the backlog and own solutions from start to finish.
- Ship production features weekly.
- Debug Azure Function timeouts and infrastructure issues.
- Review teammate pull requests.
- Manage SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure in Azure.
- Communicate status and progress via async channels.
