Requirements

- 2+ years in a leadership or training capacity.
- Experience managing sales or intake teams in high-volume, service-based environments.
- Demonstrated success in driving conversions and building client rapport.
- Skilled in training, mentoring, and motivating team members.
- Expertise in designing, refining, and executing sales processes.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and analyzing KPIs.
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency in spoken and written formats.
- Strong ethics, integrity, and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proven ability to lead and evaluate remote teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 11+ intake and consultation specialists.
- Develop and implement structured sales processes, call scripts, and follow-up protocols.
- Track key performance metrics including call volume, booking, show, and conversion rates.
- Provide consistent one-on-one and group coaching for sales skills.
- Collaborate with the marketing department for lead management and distribution.
- Build and maintain sales dashboards and report performance to leadership.
- Represent the firm at community events and partnership programs.
- Identify bottlenecks and design scalable systems for intake and process improvement.
- Work with operations and legal teams to ensure smooth client transitions.
