Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience focused specifically on AI-powered products.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling AI products.
- Strong understanding of the AI development lifecycle (data collection, training, deployment, monitoring).
- Experience with various AI technologies and applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate a compelling AI vision and strategy.
- Develop and maintain a clear, prioritized AI product roadmap.
- Conduct research of market trends and AI use to identify unmet needs.
- Translate user needs into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Design agents on proprietary platforms by writing prompts and selecting toolsets.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and service teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Recommend AI models and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Define key metrics and KPIs for AI product success.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Identify and mitigate risks including ethics, privacy, and bias.
