Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to support data analysis, automation, and productivity.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools or autonomous agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex or similar).
Ability to translate complex datasets into clear business insights and narratives.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and results orientation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.

Conduct advanced data analyses to generate insights that support strategic decisions across business, product, and operational areas.
Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reporting solutions to ensure clear, consistent, and reliable data visualization.
Partner with business and technology teams to understand needs and translate them into effective data solutions.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across datasets, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
Develop analytical models to support forecasting, segmentation, and opportunity identification.
Contribute to the strengthening of a data-driven culture by promoting best practices and data literacy across teams.
Collaborate on strategic projects by delivering analytical insights and data-backed recommendations.
Leverage AI tools and generative AI agents to automate queries, accelerate analysis, and optimize repetitive analytical tasks.
