Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism in enterprise environments.
- Active Blue Prism certification.
- Solid software development background with strong programming logic.
- Experience in RPA, system integration, and automation projects.
- Experience working with OCR technologies, APIs, and databases.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade RPA solutions using Blue Prism, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Act as a hybrid professional combining developer, technical lead, and solution architect responsibilities.
- Translate business requirements into technical automation solutions through client collaboration.
- Support process assessment, feasibility analysis, and identification of automation opportunities.
- Build reusable components, frameworks, and best practices to strengthen RPA capability.
- Integrate automation solutions with external systems, APIs, OCR tools, and enterprise applications.
- Perform troubleshooting, optimization, and root cause analysis.
