Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules, especially Vulnerability Response
- 2+ years of experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and orchestration
- Solid understanding of vulnerability lifecycle, risk frameworks, and enterprise security tools
- Ability to translate technical requirements into clear documentation and workflows
- Strong communication skills and experience working in remote, collaborative environments
- Self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and delivery focus
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow SecOps Vulnerability Response modules
- Develop integrations with security tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, CrowdStrike, Splunk) using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers
- Build and optimize data flows for vulnerability ingestion, processing, and reporting
- Configure automated workflows for vulnerability triage, remediation tracking, and lifecycle management
- Collaborate with security, IT operations, and compliance teams on risk-based workflows
- Ensure alignment with CVE/CWE standards, CVSS scoring, and security best practices
- Produce clear technical documentation for stakeholders across technical and business teams
