Requirements
- Strong experience in mobile game development using Solar2D (Corona SDK) and Lua scripting.
- Proven experience building and deploying games for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Strong ability to prototype quickly in fast-paced or iterative development environments.
- Experience optimizing mobile game performance across multiple devices and configurations.
- Hands-on experience integrating monetization systems such as ads and in-app purchases.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self-management skills.
- Familiarity with app store submission processes and mobile analytics tools is a plus.
- A portfolio of mobile games developed using Solar2D/Corona SDK is highly desirable.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop, prototype, and maintain cross-platform mobile games using Solar2D and Lua scripting.
- Design and implement core gameplay systems from concept through to final release.
- Optimize game performance to ensure smooth gameplay across a wide range of mobile devices.
- Integrate monetization features including in-app purchases and advertising networks.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to refine and enhance gameplay experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following mobile game development best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving technical quality and team workflows.
- Support testing, debugging, and continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.
